directions:

apply to face, neck, and décolletage at night. Wash and dry your face. On the back on your hand, pump out enough to lightly cover your face. Dot on forehead, each cheek & chin. Then rub gently onto entire face, avoiding the eyes. After applying to face, apply a light layer to neck & décolletage. 

PRO TIP:  if you have any excess left on your fingers, rub onto the backs of both hands. 

although RBF is formulated to be less irritating than traditional & medical retinoids, some irritation is to be expected at the beginning- this is very normal! retinoids are meant to resurface the skin over time, so you may experience redness, peeling, or purging while your skin becomes acclimated to it. this is a temporary phase & will pass!!
in order to lessen these effects, start by using RBF every other night then slowly increase to using nightly, as tolerated. it may take several weeks before you can use it every night!

BTW... avoid using other resurfacing products like AHA MOMENT on the same night as RBF. once your skin becomes tolerant to RBF & AHA you MAY be able to use on same nights (see AHA for more info).
