at this very moment, we're working our magic in our little office, so this is our ~virtual~ store! stay tuned for future pop-ups with some of our favorite businesses! 🤩

 

SHIPPING

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

once your order has been handed off to our carrier, you will receive an email with your order's tracking info. please let us know if you don't receive tracking info within  5 days, and we will check on it for you!

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

we will do our absolute best to have your order out the door within 48 hours of it being placed!

 

CAN I PICK MY ORDERS UP FROM YOU?

if you are local and would like your order delivered to your door, just select "LOCAL DELIVERY" at checkout. :)

often times, local delivery = same day delivery 🤗

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

at this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. if you have an issue with the condition of your order, please let us know by emailing hello@facemakerskincare.com.
